AstoFit Return & Refund Policy

At AstoFit, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Contact Us First

Before initiating any return or refund, please contact us at support@astofit.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return or refund request

  • Photos or evidence if the product is defective or not as described

This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.


2. Return & Refund Window

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • For small and affordable items, returns are usually not required, and we may issue a partial refund instead:

    • 50% refund if it’s a change of mind

    • 75% refund if the product is defective or not as described


3. Shipping & Restocking

  • Free return shipping is provided when a return is required.

  • No restocking fee applies to any returns.

  • There are no final sale items; all purchases are eligible for return or partial refund within the 30-day window.


4. Refund Limits & Safety

  • One refund per customer every 3 months may apply to prevent abuse.

  • We may request evidence (photos or description of the issue) before approving your refund.

  • Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Quick Notes & Guidance

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days, but shipping back the product is usually not required for small items.

  • This process is designed to be fast and simple — just contact us and we will handle the rest.

  • We aim to provide a smooth and fair experience while protecting both customers and AstoFit from abuse.


6. Exceptions

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Custom or personalized orders may be partially refunded depending on the situation.
